• Support members with digital banking inquiries

• Refer specialized inquiries to advisory team members

Requirements:

• 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience

• Post-secondary diploma from an accredited institution

• Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism

• Bondable status via Criminal and Credit checks
