A regional nonprofit organization in Greater Sudbury is seeking an HR Coordinator/Compensation Advisor to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR and payroll processes. This hybrid role involves responsibilities in payroll administration, compensation management, and support for recruitment and labour relations. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in HR, a post-secondary education in a relevant field, and strong legislative knowledge in Ontario.
This position also requires advanced communication skills and proficiency in Dayforce.
