• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for shotcrete admixtures within the mining, tunneling, and civil markets across North America.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert technical support and advice to customers regarding shotcrete admixture applications, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with R&D and product development teams to adapt and improve formulations based on market feedback and customer needs.
• Assist in the development and technical documentation of product specifications, including data sheets and application guidelines.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful product implementation.
