We are seeking a Asphalt and Line Painting Lead for our crew. As the Asphalt and Line Painting Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

We provide high-quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parkades, and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer power sweeping, power washing, asphalt seal coating, crack filling, and more.

Our Asphalt and Line Painting Lead will utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement and concrete surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement and concrete assets.

• Use equipment to perform asphalt Infrared-Repairs, asphalt Pothole repairs, Paving, crack filling, seal coating, and small concrete repairs
• Help with Line painting and acrylic sport courts projects when needed
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Additional tasks as required

• A G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering educational background is an asset
