DMC Mining Services is looking for Heavy Duty Mechanics for contract roles. Your focus will include executing repairs on-site, preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should bring experience working with various types of machinery and an understanding of diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance as per directives and safety standards

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively

• Read and interpret technical documents and schematics

• Maintain an inventory of defective parts under DMC procedures

• Commit to continual health and safety improvements

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma is preferred

• 3-5 years of underground experience required

• Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Certificate or equivalent is a plus

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable working at heights necessary
