This position involves direct involvement in rental and shutdown services, working within Draeger’s Sudbury Service Center. As a Service Technician, you will oversee quality assurance and perform maintenance, while ensuring compliance with Draeger's high standards and procedures. Your proactive approach will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer support during rental service phases

• Conduct equipment evaluations, repairs, and maintenance

• Organize warehouse for operational efficiency

• Provide timely calibration certificates and documentation

• Mentor new employees on technical best practices

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Electronics or related discipline

• 1-3 years in customer service, ideally in a technical context

• Strong mechanical skills and customer engagement

• Willing to travel approximately 20% as needed

• Capable of lifting and managing heavy equipment
