Location: Greater Sudbury
Strengthen your skills as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc., where you will maintain and repair heavy vehicles and trailers both onsite and in the field. Support includes troubleshooting and operational readiness during winter months.
In this role, you will assist the Shop Supervisor by handling diverse repairs on passenger vehicles and heavy trucks. Key experience with GM, Ford, and Kenworth vehicles is advantageous. Your ability to communicate effectively and prioritize multiple tasks will be crucial to your success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair heavy trucks and passenger vehicles
• Conduct field service as needed for repairs
• Troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure vehicle safety compliance through inspections
• Provide on-call support during winter operations
Requirements:
• 421A Certification and own tools required
• Mobile service experience preferred
• Clean driver’s abstract and valid license
• Understanding of mechanical and electronic systems
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
