Commercial Tire Technician

You will report to the Shop Supervisor, working hands-on in a shop environment. Key responsibilities include installing and removing tires on various equipment, performing yard checks, and conducting on-road repairs. Your expertise will help manage costs effectively while ensuring safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove and install tires on trailers and construction vehicles

• Rotate tires to optimize tread lifespan

• Retorque wheel nuts from all prior repairs

• Conduct yard checks for inventory management

• Perform on-road tire repairs to minimize vendor costs

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of commercial or fleet tire experience

• Valid driver’s license and own transportation

• Tire Technician Certifications preferred but not mandatory

• Knowledge of OTR and specialty tire services is an asset

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
