Redpath is seeking a dedicated Underground Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience. You will perform maintenance on equipment like Maclean bolters and Sandvik machinery, ensuring safe operations while adhering to company and regulatory standards. Your expertise in diagnosing and solving mechanical issues will be crucial in maintaining optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance and fill out check sheets

• Utilize mechanical work order systems for repair tracking

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

• Test equipment post-repair to meet specifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of underground mechanical experience

• Experience with Maclean and Sandvik equipment

• Strong organizational skills essential

• Welding skills considered an asset

• Knowledge of Texa and Cat ET Diagnostic software
