As a full-time Shop Technician, you will engage in diagnosing mechanical issues, servicing heavy equipment, and preparing service reports. This position allows for 7 days on and 7 days off work schedules. Your commitment to safety and customer service will be paramount while working with a diverse range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with Caterpillar tools

• Repair and service heavy equipment following standards

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and communication

• Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly

• Demonstrate safe work behaviors per Toromont policies

Requirements:

• Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician license

• Minimum 3-5 years of technician experience

• Post-secondary education in related field

• Experience with heavy construction or mining equipment

• Must reside within a drivable distance to Sudbury
