Hydrovac Labourer

Position: Hydrovac Labourer at CEDA
Become an essential part of CEDA's operations as a Hydrovac Labourer in Sudbury. This role involves hands-on work with hydrovacs, ensuring safety and efficiency in various mining environments.

CEDA is seeking six motivated Labourers to support Hydrovac Driver/Operators in Sudbury and nearby areas. This full-time, temporary position offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and opportunities for skill development. You will face diverse challenges daily while ensuring safety and operational excellence in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and maintaining hydrovacs and equipment

• Work safely at heights up to 100 meters

• Follow team directives and maintain safety standards

• Rig and handle specialty tools and equipment

• Complete pre-trip inspections and safety documentation

Requirements:

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record

• 1+ years industrial experience preferred, not required

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

• Ability to travel within Ontario

• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
