Adecco is looking for Diamond Drillers offering competitive wages of up to $47.00/hour. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience operating drilling equipment, performing maintenance, and working in remote mining or exploration environments.
Pay rate: $35.41- $47.21/hour + bonus opportunities
Location: Ontario (on the road)
Shifts: Rotational schedule (FIFO)
Job type: Full-time

- Operate and control drilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drill rigs and site equipment
- Support daily drilling operations in remote camp environments
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work extended hours in outdoor and varying weather conditions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
- Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar drilling role
- Ability to work rotational schedules (fly-in, fly-out)
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours (84-hour workweek)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety.
