Magna Mining is seeking experienced underground rehab miners who prioritize health and safety in every aspect of their work. In this role, you will safely operate underground mining equipment, adhere to established safety protocols, and carry out regular maintenance tasks. Collaboration with supervisors and peers will be crucial in optimizing mining operations as we progress towards our goal of becoming a leading nickel and copper producer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mining equipment underground following safety protocols
• Adhere to safety regulations in every operation
• Maintain and inspect mining equipment regularly
• Work alongside supervisors to enhance operational practices
• Attend team meetings to discuss performance improvements
Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Underground Hard Rock Miner certification is essential
• A minimum of 6 months of underground mining experience is required
