What You'll DoAs a Field Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer locations and company facilities

Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance and rental-ready condition

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutions

Provide exceptional customer service while representing REIC professionally in the field

Train customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment

Complete service documentation using company-provided technology

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule

Travel up to 50% throughout North America supporting customer and project needs

What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy technical challenges, customer interaction, and working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications Mechanical, diesel, HVAC, industrial, or related technical experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using mobile devices, laptops, and service software

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to tow trailers or willingness to learn

Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices

Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions

Preferred Experience HVAC certification or experience

Diesel engine or power generation experience

Field service or rental equipment industry experience

Experience working directly with customers in a service environment
