Join Kal Tire as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in Sudbury, Ontario, and utilize your skills to maintain and repair vehicles effectively! This full-time role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and training apprentices in a dynamic environment.

We’re looking for a licensed Heavy Duty Technician to carry out mechanical services, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and more. With a structured schedule, you’ll mentor apprentices, ensuring they develop the needed skills while working alongside a talent-rich team and identifying service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute brake and suspension repair tasks efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and engine diagnostics

• Coach apprentices to foster their mechanical skills

• Work with Sales to discover mechanical service needs

• Maintain high safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Fully licensed as Heavy Duty Technician required

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience necessary

• Proficient in inspections and diagnostic procedures

• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail required
