Project Scheduler – Installation Scheduling

Sudbury, MA

Full-Time | In-Person

$60,000–$70,000 per year (based on experience)

Makkas Workroom is a growing, family-owned company in a creative, design-driven industry. We fabricate and install beautifully crafted custom window treatments — and none of it runs smoothly without strong scheduling and coordination.

We’re hiring a Project Scheduler to manage installation timelines and coordinate between project managers, field installers, and clients.

This is a hands‑on scheduling role focused on execution and communication.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Manage and maintain the installation calendar
  • Schedule installation dates with project managers and field teams
  • Communicate scheduling updates to clients
  • Adjust timelines when materials or project details shift
  • Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time
  • Provide light office coordination support as needed

You’ll be central to keeping projects flowing smoothly from fabrication to installation.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines at once
  • Clear and professional communicator
  • Familiar with scheduling tools (Google Calendar or similar)

Experience in construction, installation, manufacturing, or service‑based businesses is helpful, but not required.
