We're looking for a hands‑on construction professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate is capable of managing daily jobsite operations while actively contributing to project execution and maintaining our high standards for quality and client service.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure projects remain on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners
- Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
- Monitor quality and craftsmanship throughout all phases of construction
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordination
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Track project progress using Buildertrend and other construction management tools
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations
- 5+ years of residential construction site supervision experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
- Experience with custom homes and high‑end residential renovations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift construction materials as needed
- OSHA certification
- Experience with remodeling and occupied residential projects
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
- Carpentry experience and ability to safely operate common construction tools
