• Manage residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution.
• Prepare estimates and support preconstruction planning.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and trade partners.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety expectations.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction within the Greater Boston area (required).
• Strong estimating and budgeting experience.
• Proven client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to read architectural plans and manage complex residential projects.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  Procore experience is a plus.
