Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Role Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first impression of our brand and is a critical part of the guest experience. This role is far more than a traditional front desk position. You will be the face and often the voice of the dealership
, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring each guest receives a polished, professional, and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive or call.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist all walk-in guests with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and direct guests efficiently to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Assess guest needs quickly and ensure a seamless transition to sales, service, or management teams.
  • Provide accurate information, take detailed messages, and ensure timely communication.
  • Support administrative and clerical duties that contribute to daily operational excellence.
  • Maintain the front reception area as a polished reflection of our flagship facility.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and support additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Flexible approach to responsibilities and willingness to support multiple areas of the operation.
  • Strong computer and phone proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook.
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening.
