Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to promoting oral health, along with a warm personality. This position has the possibility to work for production if interested.

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care.
• Take dental X-rays as necessary to assist in the diagnosis of dental conditions.
• Administer local anesthetic and apply dental sealants to protect teeth from decay.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team, including dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental technology, techniques, and regulations through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program and current licensure as a dental hygienist in the state of practice.
• Dental hygiene license
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in performing dental cleanings, examinations, and X-rays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and interact with patients of all ages.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Dedication to upholding ethical standards and providing compassionate care to patients.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs in a fast-paced dental practice.
• Knowledge about EMS, GBT method of cleaning is a plus.

  From $55.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
