As a School Age / After School Program Group Leader / Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll have the exciting opportunity to inspire and empower our school-age children, guiding them on a journey of growth and creativity. In this role, you'll create a dynamic, engaging, and fun environment where children can thrive. As a School Age Group Leader / Teacher, you'll also have the chance to be a mentor and role model, helping them navigate the challenges and triumphs of their school-age years with confidence.
This is a unique, full-time / year-round role that extends beyond the traditional school-year schedule.

Hours:
Monday through Friday (full-time hours available)
Compensation: $21.00 - $29.00 depending on experience
Responsibilities include designing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, managing the classroom, providing a welcoming and friendly classroom environment, keeping parents informed, assisting and supervising children, following health and safety procedures, maintaining accurate records, and transitioning into leading and supporting our Summer Program when school year is out.
Qualifications include meeting the requirements to be a School Age Group Leader / Teacher as approved by the governing State agency, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children, strong communication and classroom management skills, the ability to manage a classroom, and a positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
Schedule & Compensation includes after school hours during the academic year, full-time opportunities available for candidates able to support preschool classrooms during the day, competitive pay based on experience, and an amazing, supportive leadership team and growth opportunities.
