WhatWill You Be Doing?
As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early‑childhood education center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the school, doing whatever it takes to deliver on financial metrics while never compromising on child safety, excellent programming, and employee appreciation.
- Drive enrollment growth by engaging with the community, conducting excellent tours, and building relationships with prospective families.
- In partnership with Marketing, implement marketing and outreach strategies to ensure strong enrollment and brand awareness.
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of educators to establish a high‑quality learning environment while keeping children safe.
- Develop an online presence to keep families engaged and informed leading up to and beyond the center’s opening.
- Develop strong family partnerships, foster open communication, and ensure a welcoming and nurturing environment for children.
- Manage daily operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
- Lead staff development through mentorship, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Produce desired outcomes for KPIs such as enrollment, labor management, employee engagement, and health and safety.
- Oversee the administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll, billing, and overall center budgeting.
- Take on the key role in the success and growth of a newly opened center.

- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed child‑care facility.
- Experience in opening and launching new child‑care centers.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- Knowledge of state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
