Senior STS Test Development Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior STS Test Development Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports cross-functional engineering execution, helping teams stay aligned on technical scope, schedule, budget, and delivery milestones. In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software applications and tools.
• Troubleshoot software issues and support test equipment instrumentation.
• Work in a multidiscipline engineering team environment.
• Develop and refine requirements for software products.
• Support integration, validation, and production-facing engineering activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum five (5) years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation concepts and applications.
• U.S. Citizen with active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance (Secret level) prior to start date.
• Experience leading technical tasks and small to mid‑sized project teams.
• Exposure to project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software.
• Experience with National Instruments’ Test Stand, Lab Windows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW.
• Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or power supply test hardware and/or software design.
• Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e., oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.

• Onsite role in Sudbury, MA.
