What You Will Do
Join a dynamic Systems Engineering team dedicated to modernizing Air Traffic Control Radar systems in the National Airspace System (NAS) and internationally.
Drive innovation by developing creative solutions to customer challenges and crafting system and product-level requirements.
Play a key role in verifying requirements by developing rigorous sell‑off criteria, ensuring the highest standards of performance and safety.
Have a direct impact on modernizing and deploying Air Traffic Control Radar systems across the US and internationally.
Develop solutions to modernize and integrate multi‑platform air traffic systems that track commercial, military, and unmanned aircraft to meet future demands.
Advance your career by becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and valued consultant to the Systems Engineering team.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience in a related field, typically a STEM degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required; candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal aviation administration (FAA) clearance and/or Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance.
- Experience with design, integration, and testing of complex systems.
- Experience generating technical documentation and preparing and facilitating briefings with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience planning, developing, and executing system and/or subsystem level integration and test.
- Proficiency in data analysis using MATLAB or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Linux or Unix operating systems.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25‑50%.
- Prior experience with design, integration, and testing of Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR) and Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR).
- Experience with IBM DOORS, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Experience with Model‑Based System Engineering (MBSE) and relevant tools such as Cameo.
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) government contracts.
- Experience using RF test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, network and spectrum analyzers.
- Experience with IFF and AIMS U.S. Government testing.

Salary Range: $86,800 – $165,200 per year.
This is an onsite role based in Marlborough, MA.
