Job Overview

Electrical Engineer – Analog and Power Design (Onsite, Massachusetts)

• Work closely with a team to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
• Resolve production issues related to existing product designs.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Perform design, test, and production support work within the bounds of a given schedule.
• Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff.
• Engage in personal technical growth and facilitate technical growth in peers.
• Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.
• Travel to assigned locations (Tewksbury, MA; Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; Pelham, NH) as required.

• Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power subsystem design, or control systems.
• Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
• Experience with requirements development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead/manage small teams to achieve schedule, budget, and technical commitments.
• Experience generating technical documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of test and production methods for electronic components.
• Experience interfacing with procurement, manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure proper implementation of product designs.
• Hardware development experience in a Department of Defense environment.

• Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD, commensurate with experience.
