Senior Systems Engineer; Naval Radars - Actively Our Engineering Team

About the Position

Senior Systems Engineer – supports Naval Radar programs  role is onsite in Marlborough, MA.

U.S. citizenship required. Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real‑world environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Document and communicate integration results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support mission execution by traveling up to 10% to test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in systems hardware, integration, or test.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Experience in an integration lab, test facility, or field support.
• Strong technical documentation skills (test plans, procedures, reports).
• Experience with digital engineering tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo.
• Programming skills in MATLAB, Python, C/C++ or other languages.

• Background in defense or naval systems.
• Experience troubleshooting complex multi‑disciplinary systems.

Competitive salary of $86,800 – $165,200 annually.
