• Mechanical design and documentation of hardware and systems using engineering CAD tools and MS Office.
• Create and release drawings, and incorporate drawing changes as part of product development.
• Provide factory and supplier support.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, designers, structural/thermal analysts, and other discipline engineers to meet business objectives.
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and implement solutions in a fast‑paced team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to employment.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret).
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Creo, or equivalent experience gained through on‑the‑job training, research, coursework or projects.

• Demonstrated teamwork experience through projects, internships, or research.
• Strong process execution skills with flexibility to adapt processes as needed.
• Ability to apply academic engineering principles to identify and resolve design challenges.
• Comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering design processes.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage workloads under deadlines.
• Familiarity with mechanical tolerance analysis and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Salary range: $57,200 – $108,800 USD.
