Responsibilities
- Define, propose and monitor the implementation of the Factory Engineering teams plans and objectives
- Set the technical strategic vision for the factory
- Drive equipment reliability through implementing maintenance foundations in TPM
- Implement Nestle capital process to drive excellence in capital execution
- Ensure full compliance with all governing bodies for utilities system relevant to the Modesto site
- Drive Innovation/Renovation, initiating/coordinating implementation of new processes/technology
- University Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Process or equivalent experience
- minimum 10 years related work experience
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience required
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R) preferred
