RTX in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Principal Engineer to lead the Ghost Eye program within the Radar Mechanical Design Department. This onsite role oversees scope, budget, schedule, and cross-functional integration of radar system sub-products into a complete set, reporting to LTAMDS IPT Lead.
You will manage design to production transitions, apply EVMS and risk management, and coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to meet tight customer schedules.
