School Occupational Therapist | Sudbury, Massachusetts

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-8 students as a contracted occupational therapist in a thriving school community near Sudbury, MA. This role is designed for professionals passionate about helping children reach their potential in both academic and life skills development.

In this opportunity, youll work five days a week throughout the academic year starting August 2026 and continuing through June 2027. Your schedule will be tailored based on assignment needs, allowing you to provide focused, effective interventions that make a real difference for children with a variety of abilities.

• Valid Massachusetts (MA) Occupational Therapy license
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for K-8 age groups
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational setting

• Evaluate students referred for occupational therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classroom, small group, and 1:1 settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals
• Document assessment results, progress notes, and compliance reports per school and state requirements
• Provide recommendations and resources to staff for classroom modifications and student accommodations
