Raytheon is seeking a high performing HR professional to fill a Human Resources Business Partner role supporting the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit.  In this dynamic and fast-paced role, the HR Business Partner will partner and collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues across all of Raytheon’s functions and Center’s of Excellence to understand strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission.

The HRBP will collaborate with program managers and will advise and architect on topics including organizational effectiveness, change and talent management, compensation, and benefits.  Additionally, in partnership with HR leaders and other business partners, the HR partner will provide leadership and support in the execution of strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.

The ability to build relationships, execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role.
