Precision Electrical Assembler
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Precision Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electromechanical assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures.
- Connect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems following wiring schematics and diagrams.
- Perform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections.
- Assemble and mount CNC control units (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Work closely with engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures related to mechanical and electrical assembly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly (CNC or industrial equipment preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers.
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and components is a plus.
- Proficiency with standard hand tools and electrical crimping, soldering, and stripping techniques.

$24.08 - $28.90 per hour
The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may exceed the posted range for highly qualified candidates.
