Role Overview
The Engineering Rapid Build Services (ERBS) directorate is looking for a Manufacturing Scheduler to work onsite in Marlborough, MA. This position requires daily interaction with cross‑business teams to maintain and achieve organizational goals of cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
Responsibilities- Interact daily with project management, technical support, manufacturing and design engineering, quality, materials planning, environmental health and safety, and facility maintenance to meet production objectives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using RTX CORE and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Prepare production reports, compile necessary information, and arrange deliveries, shipments, and supplier liaison activities.
- Plan and establish production schedules, monitor material inventories, track production progress, and review factors that affect schedules.
- Organize and coordinate delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite material flow and meet production deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant scheduling experience.
- Experience with SAP, PRISM, CMES, and/or Wavetrak systems.
- Proficiency in data entry using business system tools and Microsoft Office.
- U.S. citizenship is required; the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required.
Salary range: 68,900 USD–131,100 USD.
