Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Sudbury, MA

From now through June 2027, your expertise will be vital in ensuring student well-being throughout the school day, including participating in van transportation and supporting a student one-on-one.

• Active and valid Massachusetts LPN license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience as an LPN in schools or working with children and adolescents strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be proactive and flexible in a busy, fast-paced school setting

• Deliver professional nursing services and care to students consistently throughout the school day
• Ride the school van with a student and supervise their health and safety during transport
• Administer medication, manage chronic health conditions, address immediate health concerns, and assist with basic first aid
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for school nursing
• Promote a safe and positive environment, collaborating with school personnel and parents as needed
