Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN) in Sudbury, MA

Step into a pivotal role supporting high school students as a dedicated school nurse for the  academic year. This contract position is located near Lincoln, MA and is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about student health and wellness. With 25 hours a week, you will play an essential part in a students daily journey by providing one‑on‑one care while accompanying them on a van to and from home and school each day.

• Current, active MA RN or LPN license required
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric care highly preferred
• Ability to establish rapport with high school‑aged students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
• Compassionate approach and attention to detail

• Provide individualized nursing support and monitoring during student transport both morning and afternoon
• Administer medication and manage medical needs per physicians orders
• Assist with daily health concerns and address any medical issues in real time during transport
• Communicate effectively with school staff and families as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and document daily care activities
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student during all transit periods
