Electrical Journeyman – Onsite
Location: Marlborough, MA
Shift: 1st Shift – 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM
Starting Wage: $48.46 USD per hour
Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Active DoD Confidential clearance required.
Job SummaryResponsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical infrastructure of the RTX facility, supporting machine tool maintenance, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 and Massachusetts amendments.
Responsibilities- Plan, layout, and perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of RTX electrical infrastructure and machine tool maintenance.
- Create and review stock lists with the group leader.
- Notify supervision of major and extensive repairs or modifications.
- Perform ESD work and maintain a clean work area.
- Conduct general maintenance and daily housekeeping of the workplace, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain records, move materials and equipment, and follow safety rules.
- Execute any assigned electrical work and similar duties as required or directed.
- Digital voltmeters/multi-meters, ampere meters, hand tools, power and battery operated tools.
- Manual, electric, and hydraulic conduit benders, wire pulling equipment.
- Aerial/scissor lifts, step ladders, and extension ladders.
- Current Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman's license.
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience.
