Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Assistant Boys' Rugby Coach for the upcoming 2026 spring season.

The 2026 spring season runs from Wednesday, March 11th through early June. Practices are generally after school.

This successful program has varsity and junior varsity levels.

Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):

The assistant coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level rugby program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. The assistant coach will have the ability to help oversee the Boys' Rugby program.

• Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum
• Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course
• Ability to drive the school van to away games
• Ability to work with high school population
• Understanding of high school sports operations
• Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics
• Be prepared, punctual and ethical

• USA Rugby Level 200 Coaching Certification or ability to pursue it

• Experience coaching rugby
• Experience playing rugby at the high school level or higher
