Amplix Care is seeking a Client Support Associate in Suffield, CT to provide frontline support for Amplix Care clients. You will process repair tickets, manage service orders, and handle day-to-day MAC requests, following established protocols for key accounts and pursuing mobility support skills over time.
This full-time role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule (2nd or 3rd shift) and close collaboration with the Client Support Team Lead.
