Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters in the content area Must possess or be eligible for the following CTSDE Certification (049) Music Pk-12 Salary:
Salary, work year and working conditions will be in accordance with the current contract between the Board of Education and the Suffield Educators Association. (Salary range $51,730 - $114,405) Period of Employment:

Building Administrator Position Expectations:
Experience teaching and playing woodwind and/or percussion instruments preferred. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective instruction. Must support department colleagues with administrative aspects of 190 member band program. Ability to collaborate with colleagues to improve learning for all students. Ability to use data to make instructional decisions. Ability to build organizational capacity around best practices, instruction and intervention, based on our continuous improvement work.
