Experienced Caregivers - Shifts in Suffield, CT

$19.50/hr starting and up to $25/hr + Weekly Pay + Day One Benefits

Pansy Homecare is urgently hiring experienced caregivers for several high-need in-home caregiver positions in Suffield, CT. We are specifically looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who are ready to commit to consistent long-term shifts and provide quality one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

These are excellent opportunities for CNA, HHA, PCA, and experienced home care professionals looking for stable hours, consistent schedules, and meaningful work.

We are currently hiring caregivers for the following Suffield, CT cases
:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Approximately 36 hours per week
• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Approximately 24 hours per week
• Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Approximately 36 hours per week

Consistent availability for one of these shifts is strongly preferred.

• Pay: $19.50/hour starting, with opportunities to earn up to $25/hour
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every week

As a caregiver with Pansy Homecare, you will provide compassionate, hands-on in-home care while helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding assistance
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Providing dementia care and behavior support when required
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
• Communicating changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team

We are looking for reliable and experienced caregivers who take pride in providing exceptional home care.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of caregiving experience overall
• At least 1 years of dementia care experience
• Experience providing hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Ability to reliably commit to the scheduled Suffield shift
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
