Position: Cabinet Maker / Bench Carpenter

We are a commercial casework and millwork contractor based in Northern Connecticut. Our shop uses state-of-the-art CNC equipment to fabricate products. We service most of New England in various industries, including Medical, Dental, Office, Retail, and More.

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Maker / Bench Carpenter, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom woodworking projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cabinetry and architectural millwork in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be integral to transforming blueprints into beautifully crafted finished products.

Duties
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate cabinets, furniture, and millwork components.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble raw material using both cnc machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Prepare products for installation by cleaning, packaging, and transporting heavy components.
  • Construct custom cabinetry and fixtures for various projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cabinetry making or bench carpentry, preferably in a commercial shop.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with a clear understanding of construction methods.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • OSHA 10 Certificate, we will pay for the certificate and training.
