Hours:

12 hour shifts, rotating schedule

• Examine machinery to address issues with production
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Clean the areas around the machinery
• Feed recycled material into the grinder
• Maintain activity logs depending on workstation location
• Perform quality checks of finished goods
• Other duties as assigned

• Exceptional teamwork & communication skills
• Working knowledge of machinery (operation and fault detection)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Adherence to all health and safety regulations
• Understanding of production procedures

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Prior manufacturing or textile experience
