About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and current residents, while also ensuring that all leasing and marketing objectives are met. You will be the first point of contact for all prospective residents, and will be responsible for conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
Your ultimate goal will be to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Greet and welcome potential residents, and provide them with a tour of the property.
- Process rental applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of the property, including floor plans, amenities, and pricing.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including outreach to local businesses and organizations.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software to effectively manage resident information and leasing agreements. Additionally, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve leasing and marketing objectives.
Your ability to speak Spanish will be beneficial in communicating with a diverse resident population. Overall, your skills will be critical in ensuring high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
