Summary of Responsibilities for General Food Service WorkerEmployee assists the timely preparation and service of both breakfast and lunch. Employee completes production according to production numbers, using standardized recipes, and employing safe food‑handling and proper sanitation procedures. Employees perform a variety of routine unskilled and skilled duties in preparing the serving meals in a school kitchen, operating a cash register and housekeeping.
