Diesel Mechanic Class B Technician

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our transportation fleet, contributing directly to our ability to serve customers effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adept in diagnostics and repairs, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of vehicle performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.
• Diagnose and repair any mechanical and electrical components of diesel vehicles.
• Keep detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with logistics staff and management about maintenance schedules and operational capabilities.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and reporting hazards.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical and regulation publications.
