We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a beautiful hotel in Suffolk which is situated overlooking the Suffolk coastline.

The property offers a relaxed but high-quality dining experience with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce, British classics done well, and approachable modern dishes that guests genuinely enjoy. They work with a seasonal menu, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible and they serve around 40 covers per service plus cater for intimate weddings. The hotel is luxurious in design and is more a boutique style hotel and the restaurant is in keeping with the hotel.
The hotel is situated in the perfect location and the restaurant has stunning views across the water.
