Job Summary- Prepares, sorts, and completes data entry of documents provided by Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and verifies data by comparing to source documents
- Retrieves data from database or electronic files as requested
- Sorts, organizes, and files paper documents after data entry
- Completes other clerical duties in support of Operations and Accounting departments.
- Proficient/current knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
- Basic understanding of databases
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
