Job description
Administrative Assistant needed for a community in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service and have keen attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience.
- Must be adept using Microsoft suite applications especially Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable.
- Can establish relationships quickly and easily with a diverse group of people.
- Has a high energy level and great customer service skills.
- Goal oriented and results focused.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the association manager by providing documentation/computer support for annual, special and board of director meetings as needed.
- Process welcome letters following written procedures; process and assign pool passes and parking passes as needed.
- Process mailings by proofreading, submitting for printing, ordering labels as needed, maintaining electronic copies and updating appropriate databases.
- Assist with weekly and monthly community inspections.
