Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Suffolk

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17 / hour based off a 40‑hour workweek and is located at 2101 N Main St, Suffolk, VA 23434.

• Monday: 7:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am-6:00pm

• Thursday: 7:00am-6:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: OFF

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – including cars, vans and trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; verify registration and parking status; place any customer items in Lost & Found
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing when necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exterior of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years (no more than 8 points total on the driving record)
• No drug or alcohol related violations on your driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
