We are seeking a Sales Solution and Pricing Specialist to join Advantage Communications Group. This person is a self-motivated professional responsible for supporting the Sales teams in creating solutions for our clients and ensuring quality and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication, analytical, and excellent relationship-building skills. They will interface with sales executives, telecom carriers, clients, and other staff members to gather data, support business cases/return on investment, and ensure the smooth flow of information from Sales to Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales to build accurate, client-focused pricing solutions, proposals, and Return on Investment models.
  • Populate and manage complex pricing spreadsheets, leveraging advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) to analyze and validate cost data.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry into Customer Relationship Management and internal platforms (e.g., Hub Spot and Liaison).
  • Liaise with telecom carriers, clients, and internal departments to collect and verify data.
  • Support the development of business cases and track carrier responses for pricing and service details.
  • Collaborate on special projects, client invoice reviews, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Stay informed on provider updates and attend relevant presentations and meetings.
  • Contribute insights that improve operational efficiency and sales processes such as Standard Operating Procedures.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales analysis with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling, data cleansing, conditional formatting, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and coordinate across functions.
  • Strong business judgment and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications
  • Business/Sales related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 1- 5 years’ experience preferably in Pre-Sales tech support position or consultative role in the telecommunications/IT space.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must have the ability to travel at most twice a year.

Salary and Benefits
  • Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
